INFORMATION ABOUT THE USE OF THE TRAVELING VOUCHER / COUPON


Our program works with vouchers / coupons that you receive when you arrive to the country. You will receive the traveling program that you had booked previously, according to the itinerary and a checkbook with a voucher / coupon for each service that you will receive (Hereby referred as hotels, food, transportation and tours).

Continuing we will try to increase the information about the use of this document, to avoid any inconveniences to you during your stay in Costa Rica:

1. We recommend you to make a detailed revision of the voucher / coupons surrendered in Costa Rica with the itinerary / traveling program previous booked, with the purpose of controlling any type of divergence between both informations.

2. The vouchers / coupons will only be used in the indicated dates and with the operator that this specifies. The operator has the right to not accept the voucher or coupons with different dates of the day of service.

3. If you wish to make any kind of modification in your program / itinerary, you will need to get in touch directly with our offices. In the schedule established below, at the end of this document.

4. Every modification or cancellation of any service should be made with a minimum of 48 business hours anticipation from the date of the service that you would like to modify (either hotel, transportation or tours). It is important to take into consideration that the great majority of the hotel reservation offices close at 17 00 hours. (Local Time).

5. Modifications or cancellations out of the time established above will be subject to the penalties of each hotel or tour operator.

6. The cancellation policies established above don't apply for special dates: Christmas, New Years Eve and Holy Week.

7. The modifications are subject to availability at the moment of the reservation. The agency will be able to suggest a similar hotel to the one requested in the event of not having available space. We remind you that you will need to wait for a reconfirmation by fax, telephone or email by the agency as a warranty of your services. Consult at the front desk of the hotel, otherwise verify again with the person in charge of customer service in our offices.

8. At the moment you make any modifications in the itinerary the vouchers / coupons that were given on your arrival to the country will be automatically without validity for the hotels and tour operators. On behalf of the agency we will send a copy directly to the operators of the new voucher / coupon, if you want a copy of the vouchers request them to the agency with the person in charge of customer service.
