Q/ Are Euros accepted in Costa Rica?
R/ Yes, but you have to exchange them at the Central Bank in San José® Some hotels accept them but we recommend you use dollars or colones.

Q/ Where can I change dollars to colones?
R/ You can change them in the Banks and some hotels? front desk. Please do not exchange them in other places. Banks are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00hrs.

Q/What will happen if I lose the vouchers?
R/ You must call the office and advise about it immediately, We will provide you a new block voucher.

Q/ Can I take my pet with me?
R/ No animals are allowed on shuttle service transportation neither at the hotels

Q/ What are the size of the vehicles if I travel in a Shuttle Service with Interbus?
R/ Interbus generally uses either 15-passenger vans, adapted to transfer no more than 8 people for greater comfort. Smaller vans reduce considerably the time lost during pick-ups and drop-offs, leaving passengers with more time to invest in their vacation. Occasionally Interbus will use 30-passenger vehicles, but in these cases only 16 passengers are allowed onboard.

Q/ If I travel with Interbus on the Costa Rica Free Pass where is my luggage traveling?
R/ The luggage will always be placed inside the vehicle to safeguard passenger possessions.

Q/ Are local taxes included on price??
R/ Yes, price includes all lodging taxes but we are not including the Airport taxes, this ones must be pay directly at the International Airport.

Q/ How much luggage can I bring during local flights?
R/ You must carry only 25pounds and extra luggage is subject to space and has an extra charge depending on the local airline.

Q/ If I am in a hotel and I decide to change it, can I do it?
R/ When you are already in a hotel and decide to change you are subject to the hotel policies

Q/ How is the weather in Costa Rica?
R/ Since we are in a Tropical region we have two seasons: Dry and Rainy but anytime can rain so we recommend you bring an umbrella or to have a rain coat with you.

Q/ How are the routes in Costa Rica?
R/ We do not have highways like in North America but our main roads are paved and in some touristic areas roads are unpaved (dirt road)

Q/ Do you guarantee the rooms in all the hotel listed?
R/ No all spaces are subject to availability at the moment you make reservations

Q/ What happen if I decide not to go to the hotel?
R/ You lose the night, you can not use the voucher for another reservation.

Q/ Do I have to call the travel agency for reservations?
R/ No, You will receive a hotel list with locations and phone numbers you can call directly. But as a second option you can call us and we can suggest.

Q/ Does this program include tours with the price?
R/ No, price only include lodging, breakfast (except the ones indicated on the list with *) and taxes.

Q/ Does the triple room have 3 beds?
R/ In Costa Rica almost all the hotels offer a triple room with 2 Double beds so 2 occupants must use the same bed.

Q/ Which kind of insurance is include on the Costa Rica Free pass with cars?
R/ Mandatory insurance is included and the rent a car offers for an extra cost the Full Cover insurance
